Anantapur, August 24 : Former minister JC Diwakar Reddy on Saturday said that Congress president Sonia Gandhi looks firm in implementing the decision on formation of Telangana State.
Talking to reporters here, Diwakar Reddy said that there were no clear indications of Congress High Command going back on its decision on Telangana. However, he said that the party’s Central leaders were a bit inclined towards the proposal of Rayala Telangana.
Stating that he would retire from politics in case of division of the State, Diwakar Reddy predicted that the Congress candidates would lose their deposits in the next elections after the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. INN
