Srikakulam, August 18 : Union Minister Killi Kruparani on Sunday reiterated that the union ministers from Seemandhra region were ready resign en masse to stop the division of Andhra Pradesh.
Participating in a Samaikhyandhra program here, Kruparani said that the Seemandhra leaders would make representations with the Antony Committee on the implications of bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. However, she said the leaders would resign en masse if they fail to convince the Centre on reversing its decision. She even claimed that her resignation letter was ready which she has been carrying in her purse.
Medical Education Minsiter Kondru Murali Mohan, former minister B Dharmana Prasada Rao and other leaders said that the Centre could constitute second States Reorganisation Commission for the detailed, in-depth and scientific study of implications of division of Andhra Pradesh. They said they would continue to oppose bifurcation and prevent the same at any cost. INN
