Hyderabad, July 17 : Shouvanik Chakravarti, a student of FIITJEE Hyderabad centre, bagged a Silver Medal in the International Physics Olympiad (IPhO) this year. He was one of the four Indian medalists at the 44th IPhO which was held at Copenhagen, Denmark from 7th July – 15th July this year.
Shouvanik Chakravarti performed exceptionally well in both the JEE Mains and Advance. In JEE Mains he scored 325/360 and in JEE Advance his AIR was 58. He studied in FIITJEE’s Pinnacle Program, which is an integrated II Years Program and passed out in 2013. He has also qualified for the National level Olympiad in Astronomy.
“I was keen to participate in this Olympiad because this is a life time opportunity to represent the country in an international platform. Hence I gave priority to prepare for the Olympiad and JEE,” said Shouvanik.
