AP Bandh: Universities postpone exams scheduled on Tuesday

Hyderabad, April 8 : In view of Andhra Pradesh Bandh call given by the Left Parties over energy crisis, the Osmania University has postponed all the examinations scheduled to be held on Tuesday.

According to the OU Registrar, the examination of History, Rural Industrialization of BA III Year (Paper III) scheduled on Tuesday will now be held on April 30. Similarly Sociology, Marketing Management, Office Management and Correspondence, Phonetics – I (Comm. English) (Voc) exam of BA Ist Year (I); History (World History – Old), (History of Modern World – New) of BA (CDE) III year; Sociology (Principles of Sociology) of BA (CDE) Ist Year; History (History of Modern World) of BA (OUS) IIIrd year and Sociology (Principles of Sociology) of BA (OUS) Ist Year examinations will also be held on April 30. The rescheduled dates are also available on Osmania University website: www.osmania.ac.in.

Telangana University, Palamur University and other universities too have postponed all the examinations which were scheduled to be held on April 9 in view of AP Bandh, which is being supported by all opposition parties. INN
