TRS questions Naidu’s Delhi visit

Hyderabad, August 12 : The Telangana Rashtra Samithi on Monday demanded that TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu clarify the purpose of his visit to New Delhi.

Addressing a press conference at Telangana Bhavan here, former MP B Vinod alleged that Naidu’s visit to New Delhi over the Telangana issue raised suspicions that he was trying to obstruct the formation of Telangana again. He also slammed the TDP chief for writing a letter to Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh on the State’s bifurcation. He sought to know whether the TDP stand by its letter that it gave to the Centre favouring formation of Telangana.

Vinod asked the Seemandhra leaders to cooperate in formation of Telangana. Else, he said that they would have to face the wrath of the people of Telangana. He said that conspiracies against the formation of Telangana State would not be tolerated anymore and asked people to vigilant against the betrayers of Telangana. INN
