Hyderabad, April 25 : The Andhra Pradesh State Haj Committee has requested all the selected Haj pilgrims to pay the first installment of Rs. 76,000 per pilgrim towards Advance Haj Amount and miscellaneous dues along with the original Passport stapled with one colour photograph of size 3.5X3.5 cm having white background and copy of Pay-in-slip to the State Haj Committee on or before 20-05-2013. The initial payment HAS to be paid in the Current Account of Haj Committee of India No. ‘FEE TYPE-25′ maintained with SBI through core banking system.
The balance Haj amount and air fare amount will be announced separately which must be remitted on or before 28-06-2013 in Bank Account No. ‘FEE TYPE-25′.
SHC Chairman Syed Khaleeluddin Ahmed and Executive Officer Abdul Hameed Executive Officer in a media release appealed all the selected Haj pilgrims to make the payment in time and said that if the remittances are not received in time i.e.28-06-2013 wait listed Haj Application shall be considered against their seats.
They further said that the Cover Number and Bank Reference Number should be correctly noted on pay in slip and for further correspondence with Haj Committee of India.
Reserved Category Pilgrims who already submitted original passport along with HAJ Application Form need only to submit pay-in-slip to State Haj Committee on or before 20-05-2013.
The Pay-in-slip for advance and balance Haj amount of payment are attached with Haj guideline (Last page) or may be downloaded from the website of Haj Committee of India.
For the convenience of the selected pilgrims, the Pay-in-Slip with the details of the pilgrims can be downloaded from the website of the Haj Committee of India www.hajcommittee.com. The pilgrim has to enter only his/her cover number and the amount to be paid. All other details will be automatically printed by the computer. The pilgrims can also approach the State/Union Territory Haj Committees for getting the printed Pay-in-Slip.
The pilgrims must be inoculated and carry Health and Training card. They must also undergo the training and orientation at the camps arranged by State Haj Committees. INN
