Dharmana appears before CBI court

Hyderabad, April 8 : Roads and Buildings Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao today appeared before the CBI special court in connection with the Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Disproportionate Assets case.

His continuation in the cabinet has been a controversy as his resignation was not accepted by the cabinet.

Though the issue was turned down by the Governor ESL Narasimhan and the CBI has submitted Supreme Court verdict which allows to prosecute Dharmana without taking permission from the cabinet, he has been attending official duties and his resignation was rejected by the State Government. INN
