Collector’s abuse case hearing adjourned to Feb 18

Sangareddy, February 11: The Sangareddy Court on Monday adjourned the next hearing in the case of 2005 of alleged attack on the then collector to February 18.

MIM leaders Asaduddin Owaisi, Akbaruddin Owaisi and others are accused in the case which was registered after they reportedly abused the then Collector AK Singhal during the protest against demolition of a mosque at Matangi for road expansion.

The judge has adjourned the hearing to next Monday as the relevant papers were reportedly not in order.
