Hyderabad, July 23 : The Telangana Secretariat Employees Coordination Committee, representing Telangana employees deputed to work for Government of Andhra Pradesh, demanded facilities on par with Telangana employees.
The committee members led by co-chairman Narsing Rao on Wednesday called on Telangana Chief Secretary Dr Rajiv Sharma and said that these employees should be extended the benefits of increment, pay-scales and other announcements made by the State Government for the Telangana staff. They said that several Telangana employees deputed for Andhra Pradesh Secretariat were not enjoying the same benefit as their counterparts in Telangana Secretariat.
The Chief Secretary has reportedly assured the employees of taking up the matter with the Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary. INN
