Hyderabad, July 19 : Bharatiya Janata Party senior leader and Secunderabad MP Bandaru Dattatreyya on Saturday requested Governor ESL Narasimhan to intervene to resolve the ongoing disputes between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to media persons here, Dattatreyya said that fee reimbursement, water and power were the major contentious issues going on between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. He said that the Chief Minsiters – Nara Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrasekhar Rao should sit together to resolve the disputes. Since, both are reluctant to meet each other, the Governor should intervene and ensure that people do not suffer due to the political differences.
