GoM seeks political parties’ views on bifurcation by Nov 5

Hyderabad, Oct 31 : The Group of Ministers (GoM) on Telangana has sought the views of all political parties in the State over the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and formation of new State of Telangana.

In the letter, sent by Ministry of Home Affairs Joint Secretary S Suresh Kumar, the political parties have been asked to give their suggestions specifically with respect to the various issues which have been spelt out in the Terms of Reference of the Group of Ministers (GoM) constituted by the Centre on or before November 5. “After the receipt of suggestions, the GoM would also interact with the representatives of your political party for which the date, time and other details would be intimated separate,” the letter said.
