No misappropriation of Guntur Mirchi Yard funds: Mukesh

Hyderabad, June 14 : Marketing and Ware Housing Minister M Mukesh Goud on Friday denied the allegations that funds allocated to Guntur Mirchi Yard were misappropriated.

Replying to a question raised by MLAs Shaik Mastan Vali and K Kamala during Question Hour, the minister said that no cases of irregularities using weigh bridge came have been reported. He said that the existing 10 weigh-bridges need certain repairs. Hence, they are not put for use since some time. Action is being taken to call for tenders for Annual maintenance of the weigh-bridges by the Executive Engineer (AM), Guntur, he said. INN
