Hyderabad, April 24 : Elaborate security arrangements have been made for the Hanuman Jayanthi rally to be held on Thursday.
Talking to reporters here on Wednesday, City Police Commissioner Anurag Sharma informed that 20-km Shobha Yatra would be held from Ram Mandir at Gowliguda to Hanuman Temple at Tadbun. Certain traffic restrictions have been imposed in view of the rally and the people have been asked to take alternate routes to avoid inconvenience.
Besides City Police force, 10 Additional DCPs, 12 DSPs, 16 Inspectors, 16 Sub-Inspectors, 60 Head Constables, 550 Police Constables, 88 Platoons of APSP and four companies of Rapid Action Force are being deployed for the peaceful conduct of rally.
The Police Commissioner has sought the cooperation of general public for the smooth and peaceful conduct of rally. INN
