HC admits plea against Polavaram tenders

Hyderabad, March 4 : Polavaram tenders issue is back to square one as the High Court admitted a write petition against the allotment of bids to Transstroy India Limited.

A petition was filed against the allotment of tenders to the company in a hurry, while the issue was pending in a court. After admitting the petition, the court has posted the case to next week. INN
