Andhra Pradesh CS conducts review meeting

Hyderabad, July 30 (INN): Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary IYR Krishna Rao conducted the weekly conference of all Secretaries and Heads of Departments at the Secretariat here on Wednesday.

The ceding of Adhaar Numbers with differential programmes of student enrollment, hostel enrollment with Revenue Records was discussed and it was decided to complete the whole ceding within a time frame. A role out map for e-government at different levels was also discussed and time frame for the same. Projects to be posed under the special package programme envisaged under the A.P. State Re-organisation Act and the time frame for completion for posting it to GoI was also discussed.

Keeping a shelf of externally aided projects from each department ready and preparation of detailed project reports and getting necessary sanctions to take maximum advantage of special category status as and when announced was also discussed and time frame indicated. The progress of touring by Heads of Departments in the districts was reviewed and all of them were instructed to be in a field for a minimum period of 10-15 days each month. The progress of bifurcation of Schedule 9 and 10 institutions was also discussed.
