Dokka to abide by Cong HC decision on Telangana

Mahabubnaga, Jan 5 : State Minister Dokka Manikvara Prasad on Sunday said that he would abide by the decision of the Congress High Command on the Telangana issue.

Speaking to media persons after participating in a function related to NGNREGS schemes at Kalwakurthy here, Dokka reiterated that he was in favour of a united Andhra Pradesh. However, he said that as a loyal Congress worker, he would abide by the decision taken by the High Command on the issue.

The minister said that the NREGS has helped lakhs of rural poor and unemployed. He said that the Centre and State Governments took several measures to help the poor and eradicate unemployment from the State. INN
