Three women killed in road accidents

Hyderabad, Oct 20 : In separate cases, three women were killed in road accidents at different places in the city.

The Kachiguda Railway Police found the body of an unidentified woman on the railway tracks between Yakutpura nad Dabeerpura stations. The deceased, aged about 65 years, is suspected to have died on the spot after being hit by a train. The body has been preserved at the Osmania General Hospital mortuary for autopsy and identification.

In another case, 55-year-old S Rama Laxmi Bai died on the spot after was hit by a train while she was crossing the tracks near her residence in Babul Reddy Nagar of Shivarampally. The accident occurred on Saturday late evening.

In a separate case, 30-year-old K Shantamma died instantaneously when she was run over by a train near Khairtabad Railway Station on Saturday evening. She was a native of Anantapur district and a resident of Khairtabad, Nampally Railway Police said. INN
