New Delhi, Oct 12 : TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu has refused to discontinue his indefinite fast, which entered sixth day on Saturday, despite being admitted at the Ram Manohar Lohia hospital following deterioration of his health.
Naidu was forcibly shifted to the hospital on Friday from the AP Bhavan. However, the TDP chief, who was suffering from “mild dehydration” refused to take intravenous drip and remained firm on continuing his fast against the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.
Doctors have expressed concern over the increase in ketons in the urine which were 3+. They feared that Naidu’s kidneys would be affected if he continues the fast. INN
