Hyderabad, August 12 : The CBI Special Court on Monday extended the remand of YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy in the Disproportionate Assets case to August 26.
Meanwhile, former minister P Sabita Indra Reddy and B Dharmana Prasada Rao appeared before the court on Monday in Jagan’s DA case.
The court has also extended the custody of other accussed in the Obulapuram Mining Company and Emaar cases to August 26. Meanwhile, the court took a strong note of IAS officer Sri Lakshmi’s abstention from the court in the OMC case. It asked Sri Lakshmi to submit medical certificates if she was unable to appear before the court due to ill-health.
