Lagadapati challenging HC’s authority, alleges Yadav Reddy

Hyderabad, Aug 10: Congress MLC Yadav Reddy has accused Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal of challenging the authority of Congress High Command.

Talking to reporters in the Congress Legislature Party office here on Saturday, Yadav Reddy alleged that Rajagopal was openly challenging the Congress High Command by stating that he would stall the process of Telangana formation. He said that although Rajagopal had a right to oppose the State’s bifurcation, but by stating that he would not allow the Congress to implement the decision taken by its highest decision making body he was challenging the top leadership.

Yadav Reddy maintained that the Congress party has taken a decision in favour of Telangana and would never change it.
