Nimmagadda gets 13-day interim bail

Hyderabad, July 11 : The CBI Special Court on Thursday granted interim bail to Nimmagada Prasad, an industrialist and accused in Vanpic Land Allotment Case.

Following a petition submitted by Nimmagadda, the court granted interim bail for 13 days to attend his father-in-law Rao Prakash’s funeral. However, the court directed him not to communicate with anyone except family members and stay our only between 8 AM to 6 PM. The court also restricted him from leaving the city. INN
