Hyderabad, July 2 : The Telugu Desam Party on Tuesday predicted that the YSR Congress party would merge with the Congress party, sooner or later.
Addressing a press conference here, senior TDP leader Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said that the AICC incharge of AP Affairs Digvijay Singh gave clear hints that Kadapa MP Jagan Mohan Reddy would merge his party with the Congress. He said while the Congress leadership was given feelers, Jagan’s wife Bharathi and Subba Reddy recently went to Delhi and tried to meet Congress president Sonia Gandhi.
Ramakrishnudu said that presently, the condition of YSRCP was worst than Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam Party when it was merged in the Congress. INN
