Court rejects CBI’s plea to shift Vijay Sai Reddy

Hyderabad, June 24 : The CBI Special court on Monday rejected the CBI’s plea to shift auditor Vijay Sai Reddy to another jail from Chanchalguda Central Prison.

Earlier, the CBI had filed a memo in the court seeking transfer of Vijay Sai Reddy to another jail as YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy too is lodged in the Chanchalguda Central Prison. The CBI expressed apprehensions that the duo could influence the witnesses if kept together in the same jail.

However, after hearing the petition, the court dismissed CBI’s plea. INN
