Vijay Sai seek permission to be in court

Hyderabad, June 17 : Auditor Vijaya Sai Reddy, second accused in the Jagan assets case filed a petition in the CBI court seeking permission for allowing him to present physically in the court on June 19.

It may be recalled that CBI filed the memo in the Nampally court stating that YS Jaganmohan Reddy and Vijay Sai can influence the witnesses if they kept together in the same jail, the agency asked for shifting of Vijay Sai to another jail. The memo would come up for hearing in the court on June 19. INN
