HC nod to fish medicine

Hyderabad, June 7 : The High Court has quashed Lok Ayukta’s ruling on the fish medicine given by Bathena family.

The High Court has ruled that the State Government can make arrangements for administering the fish medicine.

Earlier Lok Ayukta said that the Government cannot involve itself in the fish medicine distribution.

The verdict was challenged by Battina family in the High Court which struck down the Lok Ayukta verdict. INN
