Case against TDP leader’s son for sending obscene SMS

Hyderabad, April 26 : The Cyberabad Police on Friday registered a case against Maganti Ramji, film producer and son of TDP leader Maganti Babu, for allegedly sending obscene messages to a woman.

According to sources, the complainant Soni Pratima alleged that Ramji had sent her obscene and threatening SMSs. Based on her complaint, the Cyberabad Police registered a case under Sections 506 and 509 of the IPC and under section 66 of the IT Act.

A police has reportedly been sent to Eluru to arrest Ramji, sources said. INN
