New Delhi, April 23 : The Supreme Court has adjourned to April 29 the bail petition moved by Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the Disproportionate Assets (DA) case.
The counsel of Jagan had asked to serve notices on CBI and the court has rejected the plea. The CBI has asked the court to adjourn the case as it is hard pressed for time. The apex court has adjourned the case to April 30 initially.
Other cases of Nimmagadda Prasad and Vijaysai Reddy were also adjourned to April 30. Since all the three cases will be coming up for hearing on the same day, there could be the influence of one case on the other. So the Supreme Court adjourned the Jagan case to April 29. The other two cases will be coming up for hearing on April 30. INN
