Jagan moves CBI court

Hyderabad, April 15 : YSR Congress party president and Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has filed a petition with the CBI Special court that no charge sheet should be filed without the completion of investigation in the 26 GOs case.

Instead of dealing the charge sheets individually, Jagan contended that a joint investigation should be conducted.

The counsel for Jagan has pleaded that all charges sheets should be pooled in the process of investigation. The second point is that no fresh charge sheets should be filed until the investigation process is complete. INN
