The Telangana ministers are believed to have said that a decision should be taken on Telangana soon. The ministers who met the President include P Sabitha Indra Reddy, Dr J Geeta Reddy, Sunitha Lakshma Reddy, K Sudarshan Reddy, D Sridhr Babu and Saraiah.
With Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde convening an all party meeting on December 28 at New Delhi the talk of Telangana has been thick in the air. Both separatists and integrationists have been making their moves to mount pressure on the Centre. While TRS and CPI had been categorical about the separate state, the CPI (M) firmly stood by an united Andhra Pradesh. The other parties had no clarity in their stand.
