CM extends best wishes to newly inducted union ministers

Hyderabad, October 28 : Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has extended best wishes and greetings personally over phone to all the new Union Ministers from the State and the Ministers who got elevation.

The Chief Minister thanked UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh for giving highest priority and many opportunities to the State of Andhra Pradesh and MPs. He said that this shows the special affection and gesture by both Sonia Gandhi and Dr Manmohan Singh have towards Andhra Pradesh State.

The Chief Minister greeted the new Union Ministers from Andhra Pradesh – K Chiranjeevi, Sarvey Satyannarayana, Kotla Jaya Surya Prakasa Reddy, Balram Naik and Killi Kripa Rani, over phone and in a special separate message to each of them, the Chief Minister said that they all got a golden opportunity to serve the nation, in general, and Andhra Pradesh, in particular, in their new capacities. He hoped that they will make a mark of themselves.

Kiran Kumar Reddy, in a separate message, also greeted MM Pallam Raju and D Purandheswari. He also congratulated all the other new Union Ministers who were sworn in on Sunday.

The Chief Minister also hoped that the new Ministers as well as the present Ministers from our State would give special attention towards the issues pertaining to Andhra Pradesh, particularly in the portfolios being presided over by them. He has also hoped that each one of the new Ministers will excel in their new capacities as Union Ministers and would prove as an asset to the Government and the Congress Party and satisfy the confidence reposed in them by Sonia Gandhi and Dr Manmohan Singh and the people of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
