Jagan, former ministers appear before CBI Court

Hyderabad, July 16 : A Special CBI Court on Monday adjourned the next hearing to July 21 in the Disproportionate Assets case of YSR Congress party president Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Ealier, Jagan Mohan Reddy, former ministers P Sabitha Indira Reddy, B Dharmana Prasada Rao, Mopidevi Venkataramana and Dr J Geetha Reddy and other accused appeared before the CBI Court at Nampally.

Meanwhile, in the Obulapuram Mining Company (OMC) illegal mining case, the CBI Court extended the judicial remand to July 21 of former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhana Reddy, OMC Managing Director B V Srinivasa Reddy and Gali’s PA Mehfuz Ali Khan.  INN
