Hyderabad, May 22 : Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and Chief-Minister-in-waiting K Chandrasekhar Rao on Thursday categorically stated that employees from the Seemandhra region would not be allowed to enter the Secretariat of Telangana.
Addressing an interactive meeting with the Telangana Secretariat Employees Association near Kompally here, KCR advised the Seemandhra employees to work in Andhra and avoid overstaying in Telangana. He said that nativity would be the basis of distribution. He said that all the injustices done to the Telangana employees would be undone by his government.
KCR announced that a special Telangana increment would be given to all the employees. He promised that the scale of Telangana employees would be on par with the Central Government and his government would completely scrap the practice of temporary and outsource employees. All employees will be permanent, he said adding that a notification for fresh recruitment would be issued in the next three months.
Filling up of vacant posts, creation of equal employment opportunities, promotion through roaster method, increase in maternity and childcare leaves and other concerns of employees would be given priority, KCR said. INN
