Kiran had no options than resignation: Shinde

New Delhi, Feb 19 : Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde took light of the resignation submitted by Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Wednesday.

When asked for his comments on Kiran’s resignation, Shinde did not give any serious reaction. He simply said that the Chief Minister was opposing the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh since beginning. Therefore, he had not other options than to resign from his post.

It may be mentioned that Kiran Kumar Reddy not only resigned as the Chief Minister but also as MLA and primary membership of Congress party on Wednesday morning.  INN
