New Delhi, Feb 1 : Reiterating that the BJP was in favour of Telangana, party’s State president G. Kishan Reddy demanded that the Centre ensure justice for all the regions in the State after bifurcation.
Kishan Reddy said that the BJP would presurrise the Centre on carrying out necessary amendments to Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Bill to ensure justice for both the regions. Else, he indicated that the BJP might not support the Bill in its present form. He said that the BJP would seek the amendments to Telangana Bill after its introduction in Parliament. He said that the BJP would form the Telangana State after next elections if the Congress-led UPA Government fails to make necessary amendments to pass the Bill in the Parliament.
The BJP leader also announced that his party would not have an alliance with any party till the completion of process of Telangana formation. INN
