High Court CJ to attend National Voters Day celebrations

Hyderabad, Jan 24 : District Electoral Officer and GHMC Special Commissioner Navin Mittal informed that the winners of State Level Competitions will be felicitated by Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta, the Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court, on Saturday at 11AM on National Voters Day celebrations being organized at Ravindra Bharathi.

The DEO said that as part of National Voters Day, 165 people from 23 districts of Andhra Pradesh have participated in elocution, quiz and drawing / painting competitions which were conducted at City Managers Training Centre, Banjarahills, Road No. 12 today.

Mittal said that the students have participated very enthusiastically and expressed their innovative ideas in their speeches about the ethical voting – Tool and Responsibility of an Elector to elect true representative. INN
