Speaker receives 9,025 amendments on Telangana Bill

Hyderabad, Jan 18 : Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar on Saturday informed the State Legislative Assembly that he was in receipt of 9,025 amendments and views on the draft State Reorganisation Bill.

Making an announcement in the House, the Speaker said that as the MLAs have submitted as many as 9,025 amendments and views in written form on the Telangana Bill. He also informed that the copies of the proposed amendments and views would be place on the official website of the Assembly from Monday onwards. INN
