Hyderabad, Dec 1 : APNGOs Union President G Ashok Babu on Sunday appealed to the Communist Party of India (CPI) to withdraw its support to the separate Telangana.
Speaking to reporters after meeting CPI Secretary K Narayana here, Ashok Babu said that he has appealed to the CPI to oppose Telangana Bill in the State Legislative Assembly and Parliament. He said that the Centre was going ahead with the bifurcation of the State while ignoring the sentiments of crores of people of Seemandhra region.
