Khammam, Nov 13 : Following reports that Bhadrachalam division could be made part of Seemandhra after the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, the representatives of all political parties gave a call for Khammam Bandh on November 19.
The political leaders belonging to New Democracy, TRS, BJP and TDP, who met here at the office of New Democracy, decided to protest against any move to make Bhadrachalam part of Seemandhra. They leaders said that Bhadrachalam should be part of Telangana State and any change in its status would be opposed. Therefore, they called for Khammam Bandh on November 19.
It may be mentioned that the Telangana JAC has already called for a 72-hour Bhadrachalam division bandh from November 15 in protest against the proposal. INN
