Hyderabad, Nov 13 : PCC General Secretary G Niranjan asked the Congress High Command to take strict disciplinary action against the Seemandhra leaders who took a stand against the Congress Working Committee’s decision on Telangana issue.
Talking to reporters at Gandhi Bhavan here on Wednesday, Niranjan said that some Seemandhra leaders crossed all the limits in opposing the decision on the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. Further, he said that some leaders tried to create obstacles to prevent the Congress-led UPA Government from implementing its decision of formation of Telangana State. He said that the Congress High Command should take a serious view of such moves and initiate immediate disciplinary action against all such leaders. INN
