Hyderabad, Nov 13 : The Haj pilgrims from Anatapur and Chittoor districts were received at the Bengaluru Airport by Andhra Pradesh State Haj Committee Executive Officer Abdul Hameed and other staff members on Tuesday. In a chartered Haj Flight, 200 Haj pilgrims returned home and majority of them belonged to Anantapur district.
A Haj pilgrim belonging to Hindupur, Anantapur district P Ismail Khan aged 70 years died in Madeenah Munawarrah on October 27 after performing Haj. The SHC Executive Officer visited his residence in Hindupur on Wednesday and consoled the bereaved family members.
Minister Minorities Welfare Mohammed Ahmadullah and Special Officer Haj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor have also condoled the death of the Haji.
He also visited the Anantapur Government Hospital where one Haj pilgrim Parveen Banu has been admitted for suspected viral Infection. She was suffering from the infection after the Haj was over and received treatment in Saudi Arabia. On arrival to India she was admitted in the Anantpur Government Hospital. INN
