Hyderabad, Nov 12 : The CBI Court at Nampally on Tuesday adjourned the next hearing to November 15 on a petition filed by YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy seeking relaxation in his bail conditions.
The court on Tuesday heard the arguments of counsels of both Jagan Mohan Reddy and the Central Bureau of Investigation. Jagan’s counsel argued that being the head of a registered political party, he needs to travel to different parts of the country and therefore, he the bail conditions restricting his movement should be relaxed.
After hearing the arguments from both sides, the court adjourned the next hearing to next Friday. INN
