Hyderabad, Oct 26 : On account of suspension of track in Vizianagaram-Palasa Section of East Coast Railway and bank slip between Nalagonda-Tipparthi stations on Guntur Division of South Central Railway, several trains have been cancelled, rescheduled or diverted.
According to the South Central Railway, as many as four trains have been cancelled. They include Narayanadri Express and Repalle – Secunderabad Passenger. Three other trains – Secunderabad – Visakhapatnam Janmabhoomi Express, Secunderabad – Bhubaneswar Visakha Express and Sri Satya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam – Howrah weekly Express have been rescheduled.
Similarly, the Train.No 12509 Bangalore-Guwahati Tri-weekly Express which left Bangalore at 23 30 hrs on October 25 is diverted to run via., Vijayawada, Warangal, Ballarshah, Nagpur, Jharsuguda.
Due to suspension of track between Khurda Road – Palasa and Vizianagaram-Palasa Sections of East Coast Railway, two other trains Visakhapatnam – Secunderabad Special and Bhubaneswar – Secunderabad Visakha Express have been cancelled. Likewise, Bangalore – Bhubaneswar Prasanthi Express and Yesvantpur – Kamakhya Special train have been rescheduled. INN
