Minor girl raped in Saidabad

Hyderabad, Oct 24 : The Saidabad police on Thursday took a fish vendor into custody on the charges of kidnapping and raping a minor girl.

The accused, S Sadananad (21) of Singareni Colony Huts, had allegedly kidnapped a 15-year-old girl of the same area a few days ago and raped her. On learning about the incident, the girl’s parents lodged a complaint with the police which began investigations after registering a case.

While the accused was sent to the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology of Osmania General Hospital for potency and other tests, the victim girl was also sent for medical examinations. Further investigations are on. INN
