Hyderabad, Sept 30 : Stating that their agitation would continue till the Centre withdraws its decision on bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, the APNGOs on Monday announced a fresh schedule of protests for 10 days.
According to APNGOs Union president Ashok Babu, rallies would be organised at all mandal headquarters on October 2 before the statues of Mahatma Gandhi. Demonstrations will be held before the residences of Seemandhra MPs on October 3rd and 4th. A 12-hour highway bandh will also organised on these days.
On October 5th and 6th, private tour operators and petrol bunks would observe a bandh while on October 7th and 8th demonstrations will be held before Central Government offices and banks and Seemandhra employees would boycott work.
Ashok Babu said that protests would be held in New Delhi from three days from October 9 wherein regional parties would be invited for support for Samaikhyandhra. INN
