Hyderabad, July 25 : Minor Irrigation Minister T G Venkatesh and Law Minister Erasu Pratapa Reddy on Thursday denied reports that they have resigned from the cabinet to oppose the division of Andhra Pradesh.
Talking to reporters here, the Rayalaseema ministers said that they would abide by the decision to be taken by the Congress High Command on the statehood issue. However, they said they would try all means to prevent the division of State. Venkatesh reiterated that if the Centre decides to form Telangana, then he would insist on formation of separate Rayalaseema State.
The Rayalaseema Ministers said that they were ready to sacrifice anything to keep Andhra Pradesh united. INN
