Haj pilgrims asked to pay first installment by July 13

Hyderabad, July 9 : State Haj Committee chairman Syed Khaleeluddin Ahmed has appealed to those selected Haj pilgrims who have so for not remitted the first instalment of the Haj Amount of Rs 76,000 per person to pay the Advance Haj Amount on or before 13th July 2013, failing which their seat shall stand cancelled.

The Chairman, in a statement, said that the last date of advance Haj Amount for all provisionally selected Haj pilgrims was fixed as 20th May 2013, which was extended till 31st May 2013. However, as many as 280 provisionally selected Haj pilgrims from the State have so far not remitted their Advance Haj Amount, he said.

SHC Executive Officer Abdul Hameed said that these 280 pilgrims are being informed personally through SMS to make their payment of Advance Haj Amount and submit their original Passports positively by 13th July to avoid cancellation of their seats. INN
