Guntur, June 23 : Union Minister of State for Tourism K Chiranjeevi on Sunday expressed confidence that Congress party would form the government at the Centre for the third consecutive term after next elections.
Talking to reporters here, Chiranjeevi said that the Congress party has emerged stronger across the country and the welfare schemes of Congress-led UPA Government were well received by the people. Stating that only Congress party was capable of giving stable government, as it has done for the last two terms, he said that people would vote for Congress party to ensure continued growth and development.
The Union Minister also expressed confidence that the Congress would return to power in the State for the third time. Making an indirect reference to YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, he said that people would never accept corrupt people.
Earlier, Chiranjeevi and PCC president Botsa Satyanarayana interacted with district leaders at the party office. INN
