No case of malpractice in inter supplementary exams

Hyderabad, May 29 : In rare occurrence, not a single case of malpractice was booked during the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations held in two sessions across the State on Wednesday.

According to Board of Intermediate, no case of malpractice was booked at any of the examination centre across the State on Wednesday. However, over 5,000 candidates skipped the examinations. Of 134 candidates in General and 9,777 in Vocational categories, as many as 3,871 or 39.05 per cent abstained from the Geology Paper-I, Home Science Paper-I, Public Admn. Paper-I, Logic Paper-I and Bridge Course Maths Paper-I (for BPC students). Similarly, of 237 General and 3,624 Vocational candidates, a total of 1,441 or 37.32 per cent candidates abstained from the second year supplementary exams.

The examinations were conducted peacefully without any untoward incident, the Board said. INN
