CM to lay foundation for Tolichowki flyover on June 1

Hyderabad, May 28 : Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy will lay the foundations of construction of flyover at Towlichowki, widening of road at Nandanavanam from Moghal ka nala to Puranapul, widening of road from Botanical garden to Old Mumbai Highway via Masjid banda village, improvement of old Mumbai highway from Towlichowki to Gachibowli and construction of link road from Miyapur to Yellammabanda road on June 1st between 4.30 PM to 7 PM.

According to GHMC Commissioner MT Krishna Babu, these projects were being taken up by the corporation under Greater Hyderabad Development Project. These projects would be taken up on war footing basis. The GHMC is trying to expedite the works to ensure that they get completed within one year. However, the construction of flyover at Towlichowki would be completed within a stipulated time of 18 months. INN
