Hyderabad, January 16 : State Ministers S Sailajanath and D Manikvara Prasad Rao on Wednesday clarified that the proposed meeting of Seemandhra legislators on Thursday was not against Telangana, but for united Andhra Pradesh.
Talking to reporters here, the ministers said that the meeting was not aimed at stalling formation of Telangana. However, it would discuss means to keep Andhra Pradesh united. They also dismissed the threats posed by pro-Telangana parties of disrupting the meeting. They said Seemandhra leaders have every right to conduct meeting IN any part of the country.
